Jesus is victorious over the one thing that none of us can overcome on our own. Death. It awaits every human being, but in Jesus, we, with him, will overcome death.
On Easter we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the grave over 2000 years ago. Christ's victory over death brings life and peace for those who believe in him.
You are invited to join Anthem Church in celebrating this momentous occasion that changed everything.
We are coming together to celebrate and remember the work of Jesus, his death on the cross that purchased our entry into the family of God. We will spend some time in worship, teaching and taking communion together.
After taking communion together on Good Friday, we will fast from food on Saturday, and devote that time to prayer and seeking the Lord.
On Sunday we will come together to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus, his victory over death and sin.
